What does XT30 mean? Is it the same as XT60?

Can I charge this with a LiPo balance charger?
No. This is a Li-ion battery, not LiPo. It charges exclusively via the included USB-A cable into any 5V USB port. A LiPo balance charger will not work and may damage the pack.
